Go-to-market strategy that starts at the roots

Most launches fail quietly. Not because the product is bad, but because nobody was clear on who it was for, why it mattered, or where to find them. We fix that first.

What you get

  • A one-page positioning statement your whole team can repeat
  • A clear ideal-customer profile with the problems they pay to solve
  • Pricing and packaging tested against real alternatives
  • A 90-day launch plan with channels, budget and weekly targets

Deliverables

  • Founder workshop (half-day, in person in Bangalore or remote)
  • Competitor and alternative map
  • Customer interview guide and synthesis (5–8 interviews)
  • Messaging house: promise, proof points, objections
  • Channel plan with a realistic budget split
  • Launch calendar and KPI dashboard template

FAQ

Strategy & GTM: common questions

What is a go-to-market strategy?

It is the plan for how a product reaches its first paying customers: who they are, what you promise them, what you charge, which channels you use and how you measure progress.

Do I need a GTM strategy if I already have a website?

Yes, if the website is not bringing in the right enquiries. A strategy tells the website, ads and content what to say and to whom. Without it, each piece pulls in a different direction.

How long does a GTM strategy take?

Typically two to four weeks, depending on how many customer interviews we run. You get a working plan, not a 60-slide deck.
